Graduation Evaluation

See your academic advisor to fill out your graduation evaluation

To apply for graduation:

  1. Go to my.opsu.edu
  2. Login with your Aggie Access Credentials
  3. Select the Self Service Icon
  4. Select the Student Tab
  5. Select Student Records
  6. Select Apply to Graduate
  7. Choose term you wish to graduate, then select Submit.
  8. Choose the Curriculum for the graduation application, then select Continue. (This will be your current curriculum).
    1. If you are getting 2 degrees, you will apply for each curriculum separately.
    2. If you are getting 2 degrees, and 2 curricula do not show up (or if
    3. curriculum is inaccurate) contact the Registrar’s Office at 580-349-1372.
    4. Also, verify that your minor is listed in your curriculum
  9. Choose the Term you wish to graduate, then select Continue. (Field is labeled Graduation Date, but you will enter the term. For example, Fall 2016).
  10. Indicate if you will attend the ceremony, then select Continue.
  11. Your name will display. This is your name as it is in Banner. This cannot be edited. It must be your name as it is in Banner. Select Continue
  12. Select the mailing address for your diploma. Click Continue.
  13. Verify the mailing address. Click Continue
  14. Review your Graduation Application, then select Submit Request (if the information is not correct, contact the Registrar’s Office at 580-349-1372).

The deadline for submitting graduation applications for Spring and Summer 2017 is Wednesday, February 15.
