Course Description: 
Prerequisite:  MGMT 3813. This course covers many of the areas that make up the field o Human Resource Management (HRM). Learners will study the necessary relationships that comprise the HRM process in organizations both large and small. Selection, placement, training of employees, securing effective effort of employees, and personal techniques in human relations.
