Course Description:
Prerequisite course required: MKTG 3913 Principles of Marketing. Explores the use of sales promotion as a part of the marketing mix. General concepts relating to sales promotion as well as many of the most common sales promotion tools will b3 discussed. Specific attention will be given to which promotional objectives are appropriate for each promotional tool and when each promotional tool should and should not be used. Integration of sales promotion with the marketing mix is integrated throughout the course.
