Course Description:
Prerequisite: Three hours of psychology. The application of psychological principles is used to enhance the dignity and performance of human beings and organizations in the work environment. Principles of learning, social psychology and motivation will be applied to develop work training, incentive plans, understand employee conflict, and motivate and satisfy employees.
