Course Description:
This course is designed for the student who needs to improve or review basic math skills and concepts. This course includes computation using integers, fractions, decimals, proportions, and percents, along with an overview of measurements, geometry, statistics, linear equations, fundamentals of graphing, exponents, and polynomial operations. Pre Algebra provides the mathematical foundations upon which subsequent studies in mathematics and other areas depend. Course will not fulfill any graduation requirements. A grade of C is minimum for passing.
