2011 Summer Softball Camp Registration Information

The summer sports camps at Oklahoma Panhandle State University are always a combination of learning and fun and this year’s annual summer softball camps are set for July 28 and 29.

The camp will be split into two skill levels – Beginner and Advanced, and OPSU head coach Rachel Burleson is the camp director.

On the 28th, members of the groups for both skill levels will concentrate on defensive skills. The Beginner level session will run from 9:00 to noon, and the Advanced level will run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On the 29th, members of the groups will concentrate on offensive skills. The schedule will be the same as the previous day - the Beginner level session will run from 9:00 to noon, and the Advanced level will go from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Each participant is asked to bring their own glove and water bottle. Optional items for those attending the camp are bats, cleats, and catcher’s gear.
