**For Immediate Release** Men's Golf Team Plays in Duncan —By Laura Nelson on 09/30/2012 Duncan,Okla.—The OPSU men's golf team traveled to Duncan, Okla. to play in the Territory Classic hosted by Cameron University Sept. 24-25.

Golfers representing twelve schools competed on the tough par-72, 7,077-yard Territory Golf Course. The University of the Incarnate Word turned in the lowest scorecard, with their 4-man team scoring a 603 over two rounds, 27 strokes over par.

Trent Combs was the top Aggie finisher at 10 over par with 154 over two rounds, earning a three-way tie for 28th. Other OPSU student athletes competing included Reagan Karlin, Seth Jones, Taylor Campbell, and Tyler Harper.

The fall schedule continues Oct. 7-9. The men play in the Ryan Palmer Invitational hosted by West Texas A&M at the Tascosa Country Club in Amarillo while the women play the same dates in the Warrior Invitational hosted by Sterling College in Hutchinson, Kan. at the Carey Park Golf Course.
