**For Immediate Release** Top Hand Auction to Showcase Impressive Items By Kashly Schweer on 01/29/2013 Guymon, Okla.—Grab your buyer number and be prepared to bid on one-of-a-kind items at the annual Doc Gardner Memorial Top Hand Auction February 2 at the Pickle Creek Event Center in Guymon.

The yearly affair serves as the financial heart of the Oklahoma Panhandle State University Rodeo Team, showcasing unique items donated by every team member and this year is no exception.

Handcrafted furniture is always an excellent addition to any household. From tables to wall clocks, the Top Hand Auction has it all. Horseshoe decorations add a kick of western flare to the barn or house. For the local cowboy, a variety of tack items including halters, headstalls and breast collars will be on the auction block. Horseshoeing services will go to the top bidder as well.

The evening will kick off at 7:00 p.m. with a free meal provided by Hunny's BBQ. After filling up with delicious fixings, the auction will begin with pairs of OPSU Rodeo Team members being up for bid for four hours of work. The auction will then move onto the western items. To finish off the night, bring your dancing boots to hit the floor with the Wooden Nickel Band.
