**For Immediate Release** Men's Golf Competes in Garden City By Justine Gaskamp on 03/12/2014 Garden City, Kan.—High winds put a halt to third-round play Tuesday during the Central Region Crossover tournament in Garden City, Kan.; the OPSU men's golf team finished 16th after two rounds.

The tournament was held at the Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City. The 6891-yard course held a par of 72.

In a field of 80 golfers OPSU's Cole Cramer finished in the middle of the pack tying for 40th with a round-one score of 73 and round-two score of 78; Cramer led the Aggies with the lowest team score. Tyler Harper shot an 82 in each round, tying for 83 overall.

Dakota Wilson, Adam Fick, and Lance Quintana also teed up for the Aggies. Fick and Quintana improved their scores from last week by more than five strokes each.

Colorado School of Mines brought in the lowest scores of the tournament claiming first place with a team score of four over par (573). CSM's Michael Lee finished at the top of the leaderboard shooting five under par for the tournament (67, 72).

The Aggie men's team will travel to Wichita Falls, Texas next weekend to compete in the Midwestern State Invitational at the Wichita Falls Country Club. The tournament is hosted by Midwestern State University.
