**For Immediate Release** Aggie Spring Football Game: Fun for All By Justine Gaskamp on 04/11/2014 Goodwell, Okla.—Are you ready for some football? Aggie fans are invited to bring the whole family to Carl Wooten Field for the 2014 Spring Football Game sponsored by Seaboard Foods on Thursday, April 17 at 7:30 p.m.

Coach Gaskamp has a fun night planned for everyone including a pre-game tailgate starting at 6:30 p.m. with free burgers and hot dogs provided by Seaboard Foods for the first 500 fans. Picnic tables will be set up inside the stadium so fans can enjoy the game and festivities while eating.

Family-friendly music will be played throughout the scrimmage with live sideline interaction between the announcers, players, and fans. Crowd members will also have the chance to win prizes during three scheduled breaks.

The Aggie Cheer Team will be on the sidelines showing off stunts and REVVING UP the crowd with cheers and chants sure to fire up the players for the main event...FOOTBALL! The team will scrimmage for 60 minutes on a continuous clock with a modified scoring system which will allow each side of the ball opportunities to score points.

After the game fans are invited to stay and sing along with the team to the Aggie Fight Song and take a moment to meet the players and coaches.

OPSU softball and baseball will also be playing at home Thursday so Aggie fans can make a day of it starting at the ballparks. Baseball will host a double-header against St. Edward's with first pitch at 1 p.m. and softball will take on Lubbock Christian for a double-header starting at 2 p.m.

Gaskamp has high expectations for this year's team and is excited to show Aggie fans what they can look forward to in the fall. The Aggies have five home games on the fall schedule and are ready to Get Rowdy and Rev It Up in 2014!
