Goodwell, Okla. — 2006 Oklahoma Panhandle State University graduate Eyler McNeil is currently the Director of IT (Information Technology) at Cattle Empire, LLC located in Haskell County in Southwest Kansas.

McNeil performs multiple duties at Cattle Empire including infrastructure and software development as well as management of the IT staff. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from OPSU.

He commented on his time at OPSU saying, “What really stood out for me was how the staff at OPSU encouraged students to think outside of the box and that one way do to it isn't always the best way to do it. I still carry and apply that mentality to everything I do.”

Cattle Empire is one of the largest family owned cattle feeding organizations in the United States with a total one-time capacity of 229,000 head of cattle in five feed yards around Haskell County. The ownership group consists of two generations of the Paul Brown Family.
