Panhandle State Adds Credit Cards to Concession Stand Payment Options

By Alyssa Fox on 01/23/2018

Goodwell, Okla.—Panhandle State University is bringing new forms of accepted payment to concession stands so fans can now swipe for their snacks.

During Aggie home sports games, the concession stands will now allow the use of credit cards to make it easier for patrons to purchase their game-time food and drinks, though customers still also have the option of paying with cash. Aggie Concessions offer both savory and sweet options, including Frito pie, hot dogs, nachos, candy, and a number of beverages including a variety of Gatorade, soda and water. For the first time, combo meals will also be available for purchase via Ticket Roar, with options like popcorn, candy and a drink; and hotdog, chips and a drink.

This year, OPSU has partnered with Ticket Roar, a ticket-technology website built to help college and university sports fans have hassle-free access to ticket purchasing for game days. People can skip the lines and use the mobile-friendly website to purchase their Aggie home game tickets and print them directly from any home or work printer.

To check out all the great amenities of Ticket Roar, visit the school website at, under the ‘Fan Central’ tab. Fans can also browse the Aggie athletics website to see season schedules of their favorite Aggie sports, view free online streaming video and stats of home games, and read up on recaps of all Aggie sports events.
