New Scholarship Announced

Goodwell, OK - Dr. Doris Looper, Executive Secretary and
Treasurer of the Panhandle State Foundation, would like
to announce that a scholarship in memory of Carol Ann Cole
was recently established by memorial donations from family,
friends and co-workers. The endowed scholarship will be
available to a non-traditional student enrolled full time
at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. The inaugural scholarship
will be awarded in the fall of 2005.
Carol Ann Cole was the daughter of Delia Mae (Wilson)
and Robert Granville Cole. She was a long time Guymon resident
and graduated from Oklahoma Panhandle State University
in 1999 with a degree in early childhood education. Carol
Ann had been employed for three years at OPSU as the Physical
Plant secretary.
