**For Immediate Release** OPSU Will Celebrate Commencement Saturday -released by OPSU Campus Communications 05/16/06 Goodwell, Okla. — U.S. Representative Frank Lucas will deliver the commencement address at Oklahoma Panhandle State University’s 2006 graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m. in Oscar Williams Fieldhouse on the OPSU campus. OPSU is honored to have Rep. Frank Lucas speak to this year’s graduates as they begin professional careers or continue their education.
