OPSU Professor to Moderate Debate

Goodwell, OK - Russell Guthrie, Associate Professor of
Communication and Alumni Director at Oklahoma Panhandle
State University, will moderate a public debate between
the candidates for Texas County District Three Commissioner
on Thursday, Dec. 1 at 7 p.m. The candidates are Democrat
Jack Strain of Goodwell and Republican Roger Skelton of
Texhoma. The debate will be at the Goodwell Community Center
at 122 S. Main St.
The debate will last one hour, and the candidates will
answer questions that have been provided prior to the debate.

a few minutes for an opening statement, and then the moderator
will ask questions. Candidates will also be allowed a rebuttal.

both candidates.
