Goodwell, Okla. —Tired of paying colossal green fees and then waiting on each tee box and fairway for the group ahead of you to finish? The Oklahoma Panhandle State University golf course wants you to play! With a renewed commitment to providing recreation for students and families, OPSU invites golfers to try the newly renovated par-3 course. It offers a great opportunity for beginning players to practice in a relaxed atmosphere as well as plenty of challenge for more experienced competitors.
Annual memberships may be purchased at the OPSU Business Office in Sewell-Loofbourrow each week day from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Cost is only $80 for a family and $60 for an individual and are good until June 30, 2008. Non-OPSU students (high school age) may purchase a $20 membership for each semester. The green fee for an individual round costs only $3 and is payable before playing at the kiosk on the golf course.
