**For Immediate Release** Tailgating Tradition -released by OPSU Campus Communications 09-29-2006 Goodwell, OK - Prior to the Oklahoma Panhandle State-Southwestern Oklahoma game on Saturday, Sept. 16, thirteen members of the Guymon Rotary Club hosted a tailgate party and continued an annual tradition of Rotarians visiting with Goodwell citizens and OPSU employees. Despite another tradition, the Oklahoma Panhandle wind, the group enjoyed grilled hamburgers provided by Dave and Diane Bryant along with all fixings supplied by Guymon’s Wal-Mart. OPSU and the Guymon Rotary have worked together on a number of projects including hosting Rotarians on campus from other countries and some of the most avid OPSU fans belong to the world-wide organization. -30-
