OPSU Basketball Teams Gun for Conference Titles

Goodwell, Okla. - The Oklahoma Panhandle State men’s and women’s basketball teams will each try to take a very big step toward the Heartland Conference championship with first round tournament games on Wednesday night.

Both the Aggies and the Lady Aggies have headed north and are preparing to clash with the men’s and women’s teams from Montana State University-Billings. The winners will then play for the Heartland title on Saturday at a site yet to be determined.

Both the OPSU games will be carried live by KGYN via internet broadcast. The Lady Aggies will tip-off at 6:30 p.m. CST, and the men will play at approximately 8:30 p.m. CST.
