Four OPSU Seniors Play in Final Game Saturday

Goodwell, Okla. - Four Oklahoma Panhandle State student athletes will be competing in their final college basketball game on Saturday night.
Playing their final games for the Lady Aggies will be Nina Kuleff, Val Boothe, and Sedra Watkins. Kuleff is a 6’0 forward/center from Phoenix, Boothe is a 6’1 center from Colorado Springs, and Watkins is a 5’9 forward from Amarillo.
Oscar Castillo is the lone senior on the men’s squad. He is a 5’11 guard from Garden City, Kansas.
The OPSU women’s and men’s teams will be going against their counterparts from the University of the Incarnate Word. The Lady Aggies are set to tip-off at 6:00 and the men’s game will begin at approximately 8:00.
Just prior to the men’s game, the four seniors will be honored and there will also be a recognition ceremony for Curt Connor, OPSU men’s coach who will retire from coaching at the end of the season. It will also be the Winter Homecoming game and the royalty will be crowned at halftime of the men’s game.
