Aggies Fall to Dallas Baptist

Goodwell, Okla. - Dallas Baptist jumped out to a 39-22 halftime lead on their way to a 73-52 win over Oklahoma Panhandle State in Saturday night men’s basketball action in Dallas. DBU led from wire to wire.
Junior inside player Fred Durr led the Aggies in scoring with 20 points, and added five rebounds and a block, while reliable sophomore forward Luke Ogden was not far from a “double-double” with 11 points and eight rebounds.
OPSU’s Scott Hilton scored nine, while Chuck Salisbury and Will Stephenson each chipped in five. Stephenson totaled seven rebounds while Salisbury, a 6’0 freshman guard, had four boards, four assists and three steals.
OPSU is now 5-13 on the season and will be back on their home court this Thursday night for a game with Texas A&M International and a Saturday contest with St. Edward’s.
