Aggies Fall to St. Mary’s in San Antonio

Goodwell, OK - In San Antonio on Saturday night, a rugged defensive basketball game saw St. Mary’s holding a 25-19 halftime advantage over the Oklahoma Panhandle State men’s team. St. Mary’s went on to pull away for the 64 - 41 victory.

In the second half, St. Mary’s came out hot. They went ahead by 15 points with 14 minutes left and kept the pressure on the Aggies for the rest of the game.

Eddie Moss scored nine for OPSU, and teammates Aaron Harrison and Nick Malinowski scored eight and seven, respectively.

With the loss, the Aggies’ season record fell to 7-17 and to 4-5 in the Heartland Conference. They will be back in Goodwell for a conference game with St. Edward’s on Wednesday night.
