Aggies Ranking High in Conference Statistics

Goodwell, Okla. - Several Oklahoma Panhandle State basketball players currently rank high in Heartland Conference individual statistics. Among them are Basil Laslie, Chuck Salisbury, and Will Stephenson.
Stephenson, a high flying forward, is second in conference scoring with a 19.7 per game average. The 6’6 senior is from Chicago, Illinois.
Laslie is a newcomer to the Aggies this year and the talented 6’3 guard from Brooklyn, New York currently ranks third in the league with a 16.4 scoring average.
Salisbury – perpetual motion on the basketball court – currently ranks third in the league in steals (2.5 per game) and second in free throws (14 of 15 for a .933 percentage). The 6’1 sophomore guard from Beaver, Oklahoma is in his second season as an Aggie starter.
