Goodwell, Okla. -- The Lady Aggies of Oklahoma Panhandle State University are the fourth seed in the Heartland Conference Tournament and they will play top-seeded St. Mary’s on Friday at noon. All the action will take place in the “Super Pit” at the University of North Texas (in Denton), and those not attending in person can tune into the games in several different ways.
The OPSU-St. Mary’s game will be carried live by KGYN radio via internet broadcast. Log on to www.opsu.edu and click on “Athletics” to find the link. Also, KGYN will carry the game with a live broadcast on 1210 AM.
The winner of the OPSU-St. Mary’s game will play for the Heartland Conference title on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. against the winner of Friday’s other semi-final game between Incarnate Word and St. Edward’s.
Should the Lady Aggies make the conference final on Saturday, KGYN will also broadcast that game via internet as well as live radio.
In addition, ALL of the Heartland Tournament games will be webcast free via the Summit Ticket Live Sports Network and fans can watch and/or listen to all the action. Those with a dial-up connection may receive audio only, and those with a broadband connection may receive full action video. That link is also available on the OPSU Athletics website.
