Goodwell, OK - This
year’s Oklahoma
Panhandle State football team will be a good mix of young
players and upperclassmen. The senior class will be very
strong, and among them is one of the better athletes
on the team – Marcus Dudley.
A
solidly built 6’1
and 220 pounds, Dudley’s major job last year (as
an outside linebacker) was to “turn the play inside.” This
excellent sideline to sideline player did exactly that
all last season and still managed to be in on 40 tackles
(four of them four losses and two more for sacks).
Dudley also demonstrated
his speed and quickness by doing a fine job on pass coverage
and was credited with breaking up four passes.
New
head coach Kyle Davis has recognized Dudley’s
athleticism and has moved him to strong safety for
the upcoming season.
Working very hard on strength
and conditioning in the off season, AND looking ahead
to another big year in 2005 . . . Marcus Dudley is READY
TO GO! |
