Goodwell, OK – The Oklahoma Panhandle State football team will be in Mankato, Minnesota for a Thursday night match-up with Minnesota State. Both teams will be seeking their first win after tough opening game losses last week (the Aggies lost 13-10 to Southwestern Oklahoma State on a field goal with two seconds remaining).

Head Coach Kyle Davis and Defensive Coordinator Ed King have put together a tough defense made up of some hard hitting players. The Aggie “D” held Southwestern Oklahoma to a mere 15 yards total offense in the first half.

Fans not making the trip north to Minnesota can catch all the action live from KGYN via internet broadcast. Log on to www.opsu.edu and click on athletics to find the link. Fans may also listen to the game on PTCI’s DITV channel 150.

The Aggies’ first home game is on September 10 against Southern Nazarene.
