Aggies Fall to Nationally Ranked Nebraska-Omaha

Goodwell, OK - The Oklahoma Panhandle State Aggies took
on rugged University of Nebraska-Omaha on Saturday and
fell to the Mavericks, 71-0. Eleven different players scored
points for UN-O.
The Mavericks (now 4-1) have been a nationally ranked
team all season.
The Aggies (1-5) played with heart but could not stop
UN-O’s high powered offensive attack.
David Daniels led the Aggies in rushing with 61 yards
on 17 carries and also caught a pair of passes for 12 yards.
Brandon Warner rushed for 35 yards in 13 carries and went
8-18 in passing for 62 yards.
Orlando Vargas was in on 13 tackles for OPSU, Jeborric
Evans had ten and Kendrick Bevil was in on nine.
The Aggies will continue with their very tough schedule
next Saturday, when they travel to Pittsburg, Kansas to
face another nationally ranked opponent (Pittsburg State).
