Goodwell, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Pork Council and Oklahoma Panhandle State University have joined forces over the last four years to present the Panhandle Pork Bowl football game. Played at Carl Wooten Field on the OPSU campus, this year’s game will take place this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and will feature the Aggies of OPSU and the Rangers of Northwestern Oklahoma State.
There will be all the fun and family excitement that college football has to offer – the great athletic competition, the excellent OPSU band, and the always fun OPSU Cheer Team. It should be a great time for everyone . . . come out and enjoy the OPSU campus and experience the thrills of college football.
Thanks to the patronage of the Oklahoma Pork Council, there will be a special discount to the general public on ticket prices. Adults will be admitted for $2 and students will be admitted for $1.
Those unable to attend the game on campus can listen to all the action live from KGYN via internet broadcast. Log on to www.opsu.edu, and click on athletics to find the link. Fans may also listen to the game on PTCI’s DITV channel 150.
