Goodwell, Okla. — This Saturday marks the final home contest of the season for the Oklahoma Panhandle State football team. Thanks to the patronage of Tri-County Electric Cooperative, there will be no admission charge.
Tri-County is involved in several outstanding partnerships with OPSU, and in addition to their support of the school’s athletic teams, they are also active contributors to scholarships and academic programs. Earlier in the year, Tri-County also made a $50,000 contribution to the school’s new Science and Agriculture building. Ground was broken on the new facility two weeks ago.
Several outstanding OPSU graduates currently work for Tri-County and the overall relationship is one that both organizations are very proud of.
The opening kickoff of the OPSU-Adams State game is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and representatives from Tri-County Electric Cooperative will be honored for their patronage to OPSU.
