Fore! . . . It’s Time for the Belly

Goodwell, Okla. — The
annual Belly Open golf tournament is a popular event that
benefits the Oklahoma Panhandle State Athletic Department.
Held on the challenging Sunset Hills course in Guymon, there
is always a great turnout for the event and competitors enjoy
themselves as they help the Aggie and Lady Aggie athletic
The golfing weekend gets started on Friday, July 14 in the
afternoon with a long drive and chipping contest. The tourney
is in full swing with an 18-hole three man scramble round
on Saturday, with tee-off set for 9:00 am.
Entry fee is $300 per three-person
team (or $100 per individual) and green fees, cart and
banquet are included in the price. If you’d like to play but do not have a full team,
they’ll find a spot for you.
The number of flights will be determined by the number of
entries and prizes will be awarded for the top three places
in all flights.
