OPSU Loses Final Two Volleyball Matches of the Season

Goodwell, Okla. — The Dallas Baptist volleyball team visited Oklahoma Panhandle State University for Friday and Saturday matches with the Lady Aggies. The Lady Pioneers have been the hottest team in the Heartland Conference and took their winning streak to 13 matches with a pair of 3-0 wins over the Lady Aggies.

Dallas Baptist won the Friday match with game scores 30-23, 30-18, and 30-23. Leading the Lady Aggies were Amber McKinney (11 kills), Cheryl Coldwell (28 assists) and Sarah Moran (15 defensive digs).

The Lady Pioneers also picked up the 3-0 match win on Saturday afternoon with game scores of 30-17, 30-24 and 30-12. McKinney had 11 kills, Coldwell had 15 assists, and Moran had seven digs.

The Lady Aggies ended their season with a 2-30 record, while Dallas Baptist advanced to 17-14.
