Office of the Bursar


Welcome to the Bursar Office at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. "Bursar" is a term unique to higher education and means "keeper of the purse." The Bursar Office bills and collects tuition, fees, campus housing, and bookstore charges. The Bursar Office also processes and disburses all federal and campus-based funds to students' bursar accounts and refunds any overpayments on students' bursar accounts.

WebCheck now Available in Guest Payment!

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering the convenience of WebCheck payment method through Guest Payment. There is no convenience fee for WebCheck. WebCheck may also be referred to as electronic check.


You can add your eRefund account in your MyOnlineBilling to receive your refund by direct deposit to the bank account of your choice. You will still need to pick up your paper refund check at the Business Office if you do not set up eRefund.

Spring Payment Plans

Spring Payment Plans Now Available
  • No finance charges if agreement is kept.
  • $25 enrollment fee.
  • Payment plan and Spring 2018 enrollment will be cancelled after 2 missed payments.
Enroll in Spring Payment Plan:
  1. Go to
  2. Click on MyOnlineBilling and Login
  3. Click on Payment Plans
  4. Enroll in plan that best fits your schedule (Visit SL 125C if you don’t see a plan that fits your needs.)
  5. Automatic bill pay must be scheduled for each payment. Please check your plan to ensure this is set up correctly for your preference.
