Welcome to the Bursar Office at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. "Bursar" is a term unique to higher education and means "keeper of the purse." The Bursar Office bills and collects tuition, fees, campus housing, and bookstore charges. The Bursar Office also processes and disburses all federal and campus-based funds to students' bursar accounts and refunds any overpayments on students' bursar accounts.

eRefunds
You can add your eRefund account in your MyOnlineBilling to receive your refund by direct deposit to the bank account of your choice. You will still need to pick up your paper refund check at the Business Office if you do not set up eRefund.
Payment Plan Options
In efforts to assist our students in meeting financial obligations, Oklahoma Panhandle State University offers six different payment option plans as an alternative to the traditional lump-sum payment method. These plans provide an opportunity for families and enrolled students to pay University-billed expenses in installment payments. Authorized users may set up a payment plan on behalf of the student.
Payment plans will be available on the first day of classes.

- $25 enrollment application fee (non-refundable)
- No finance charges as long as installment payments are current
