The first phase is to remodel the president’s house and is in progress. This historic home will be an essential tool for attracting external resources. The next phase will focus on the student dorms. Dorm renovation plans are currently being finalized with upgrades to bathroom facilities and lighting improvements, as well as the addition of moveable furniture allowing students to personalize their rooms.
