  • Dorm Private - $1000/semester
  • Dorm Semi-Private - $500/semester
  • Aggie Annex Private - $2200/semester
  • Aggie Annex Semi-Private - $1710/semester
  • Married student housing - $1400/semester
  • Aggie Apartments - $1710/semester

Meal Plans

  • 5 meals/week - $714/semester
  • 10 meals/week - $1306/semester
  • 15 meals/week - $1400/semester
  • 20 meals/week - $1502/semester

In addition All residents will be charged a $53.00 per semester housing fee.

Aggie Apartments

Requirements

  1. Enrolled in 12 or more undergraduate hours for the Fall and Spring semesters (You are not required to attend the summer session in order to stay in the unit during the summer.)
  2. Each tenant is required to sign a lease in the Club House. Each tenant's portion of the rent will be added to the individual's bill at the beginning of the semester. Any unpaid balance is subject to a monthly 1.5% late fee.
  3. All tenants in the unit must be of the same gender.
  4. Each tenant is individually responsible for the care and condition of the unit. Any damages to it will be split among the tenants.

  • 4 Bedroom Suites with Private Bedrooms
  • Each Bedroom Includes: A full size bed, a 3-drawer dresser, bookshelf, a computer desk with a chair, a spacious wire shelving closet, a storage cabinet, and a dorm size microwave and refrigerator.
  • 2 Toilets, 1 Bathtub/Shower, a Separate Shower, and 4 Vanity Sinks
  • Living Room plus Kitchen Cabinets with a Sink
  • Each Living Room Includes: A 2-person couch, a chair, a coffee table, an end table, and a kitchen table with 4 chairs.

Dorms / Residence Hall

Requirements

  • ALL OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE RESIDENCE HALL IS LISTED ON THE BACK OF YOUR CONTRACT. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE SIGNING.
  • All Holter Hall and Field Hall residents are required to use a 10, 15 or 20 meal plan.

  • Bunk Bed Suites include 3 sets of bunk beds, chest of drawers, and desks. Can house up to 6 people.

Married Student Housing

Requirements

  • Housing is available for:
    • married students
    • students with full-time custody of children
    • or non-traditional students 25 years of age or older
  • All must be full-time students.

  • 3 Student Desks, 3 Chest of Drawers (3 Drawer), 3 Desk Chairs
  • 1 Full Bathroom

  • Each Annex is Climate Controlled

All campus housing includes basic cable TV service at no extra charge.
Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.
Tenant is responsible for gas and electricity.
OPSU provides water and garbage service.
