In addition All residents will be charged a $53.00 per semester housing fee, except in Married Student Housing where the fee is incorporated into the monthly rent.

Aggie Apartments

Single students may choose suite-style living in the student apartments that opened in August of 2004. Each suite consists of four private bedrooms, a living area, two toilets, one bathtub/shower, a separate shower and four vanity sinks. Fully furnished with high-quality amenities, each bedroom includes a microwave and refrigerator as well as free high-speed internet access and free cable television.

Requirements

  1. Enrolled in 12 or more undergraduate hours for the fall and spring semesters or three credit hours for the summer term.
  2. Each tenant is required to sign a lease in the Garrett Leo Draper Clubhouse each semester. Each tenant's portion of the rent will be added to the individual's bill at the beginning of the semester. Any unpaid balance is subject to a monthly 1.5% late fee.
  3. All tenants in the unit must be of the same gender.
  4. Each tenant is individually responsible for the care and condition of the unit. Any damages to it will be split among the tenants.

Description

  • Four-bedroom suites with private bedrooms
  • Each bedroom includes: a full-size bed, a three-drawer dresser, bookshelf, a computer desk with a chair, a spacious wire shelving closet, a storage cabinet, and a dorm size microwave and refrigerator

Residence Halls (Holter & Field Hall)

OPSU offers two traditional dormitory buildings. Holter Hall is co-ed by wing and Field Hall is for males only. Both buildings are wired for free high-speed internet and free cable television and include on-site laundry facilities and central lobbies for socializing.

  2. Residence hall charges are applied to the individual's bill at the beginning of the semester. Any unpaid balance is subject to a monthly 1.5% late fee.
  3. All Holter Hall and Field Hall residents are required to purchase a 10, 15 or 20 meal plan.
  4. ALL OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE RESIDENCE HALL IS LISTED ON THE BACK OF YOUR CONTRACT. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE SIGNING.

Description

Aggie Annex

These apartments are designed for upperclassmen and feature two-bedroom, one-bath, fully-furnished apartments with a full kitchen. Residents can choose private- or semi-private rooms. The Aggie Annex includes central heat and air, free cable television and all utilities are included in the rent.

Requirements

  1. Enrolled in 12 or more undergraduate hours for the fall and spring semesters or three credit hours for the summer term.
  2. All tenants must have completed 30 or more credit hours or receive permission from the OPSU Housing Office.
  3. Each tenant is required to sign a lease in the OPSU Housing Office each semester. Each tenant's portion of the rent will be added to the individual's bill at the beginning of the semester. Any unpaid balance is subject to a monthly 1.5% late fee.
  4. All tenants in the unit must be of the same gender.
  5. Each tenant is individually responsible for the care and condition of the unit. Any damages to it will be split among the tenants.

  • Two bedrooms: one private and one semi-private (can be used as a private bedroom)
  • Three twin size beds with adjustable headboards and footboards
  • Three student desks, three chest of drawers, three desk chairs

Married Student Housing

These two-bedroom, one-bath units are approximately 800 square feet and are for married students, students with minor children living with them, students 25 years of age or older, or students who were discharged from the military. OPSU pays for water, trash, sewer and basic cable. The resident is responsible for gas and electricity.

Requirements

  1. Housing is available for:
    • married students;
    • students with full-time custody of children;
    • or non-traditional students 25 years of age or older.
  2. The leasee must be a full-time student.
  3. Rent is applied to the leaseeā€™s bill on the first day of each month. Any unpaid balance is subject to a monthly 1.5% late fee.
