Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement academic assessment and co-curricular processes. Develop and assist with any ad-hoc reporting request.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on academic data and coordinate research efforts with the office of institutional research.
  • Provide insight and innovative ideas for improvement across the university.
  • Other related administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Communicate in a courteous manner, exhibiting support of the diversity and overall development of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Must be able to lift more than 50-lb. objects; frequent bending, stooping, and walking.
  • Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills are necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs or his/her designee

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to complete complex tasks with multiple stakeholders and adapt to fast pace and change.
  • Capacity to build effective teams with faculty, staff, and administration to improve quality across the university.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to act ethically and in a socially responsible manner.
