This new and exciting program offered through OPSU's Department of Continuing Education focuses on various aspects of leadership and guidance in a business/organization. Whether currently in management or aspiring for a position in management, these basic courses will provide you with the fundamental skills necessary to effectively execute successful leadership. Additionally, this program accommodates the business professional's busy work schedule by meeting on weekend mornings.

Clubs, organizations, boards, and associations in public and private arenas follow parliamentary procedure. Learn to run a meeting efficiently and effectively with Robert's Rules of Order. This brief "survival" course teaches you how to make motions, take minutes, prepare agendas and gives the basic of protocol and prodedure such as point of order, parliamentary inquiry, debate decorum and much more.
