The School of Agriculture offers programs of study leading toward the Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness, Vocational Agricultural Education, Agronomy, and Animal Science. Two-year Associate of Applied Science degrees in Farm and Ranch Management and Swine Management are offered, along with a two-year Associate of Science degree in Agriculture. Agriculture research is conducted by the school through the Oklahoma Panhandle Research and Extension Center.

Agribusiness - The Agribusiness curriculum is designed to prepare the student for job opportunities in both private and public businesses that serve the agriculture industry.

Agricultural Education - OPSU is one of two schools in Oklahoma which offers a four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Education. This program has emphasis in teacher education, animal science, plant science, agricultural economics and mechanized agriculture. These areas of study prepare our graduates for teaching agriculture.

Agronomy - Courses in the area of Agronomy provide fundamental and applied studies in the development and utilization of field crops and the origin, management and conservation of soil.

Animal Science - This department offers practical and technical instruction; training in selection, breeding, feeding, management and marketing of all major types of purebred and commercial farm livestock; and the production and processing of meats.
