Application to the OPSU Teacher Education Program must have a current degree check sheet and unofficial transcript attached.

You must also create your Foliotek account at the time of your application.

Internship application include the items listed on the Internship Application Check Sheet

Please note--if you are seeking to student teach in FA08 or SP09, you have the option of continuing to use FrontPage to complete your portfolio or use Foliotek.
