Parking Permits

To obtain a parking permit, OPSU students and employees must fill out the permit registration form.

24 hour Visitor Permits are available.
Non-Parking Areas
Non-parking areas are identified by color coding on the curbs:
- Yellow for no parking,
- Red for Fire Zone
- White for loading zone
- Blue for handicapped reserved
Campus Speed Limit
The campus speed limit is 15MPH on streets and 10 MPH through parking lots.
The Noble Activity Center women's locker room / restroom are publicly available weather shelters. The Noble Activity Center shelter is fully accessible and ADA compliant.
If You Live In:
- Faculty Row units 410 to 426 your severe shelter is the southeast locker room and hallway between the gym and training room of the Anchor D Arena.
- Faculty Row 427 to 435 your shelter is the women’s locker room of the Noble Center.
- 600 and 700 Row your shelter location is the women’s locker of the Noble Center
- Holter Hall may shelter in the first floor bathrooms and lounges
- Field Hall go to the first floor hallways making certain dorm room doors are closed
- Aggie Apartments go to the shelter under the gazebo.
If You Are Working In:
- Carter Hall men’s and women’s restrooms on the first floor
- Hamilton Hall your shelter is the 1st Floor East men’s restroom
- Hefley Hall your shelter location is the 101 N. Classroom
- McKee Library your shelter location is the basement.
- Muller Hall go to the north end basement
- OPSU Farm Find the nearest suitable shelter.
- Physical or Power Plant or Hesper Hall go to the basement of Hesper Hall.
- Science and Ag Building your shelter is the women’s locker room of the Noble Center.
- Sewell-Loofburrow Hall your shelter location is your basement.
All firearms are restricted on OPSU campus and properties except for law enforcement, the shooting sports complex, or by written permission signed by the president of the university.
