Graduation Evaluation
See your academic advisor to fill out your graduation evaluation
To apply for graduation:
- Go to my.opsu.edu
- Login with your Aggie Access Credentials
- Select the Self Service Icon
- Select the Student Tab
- Select Student Records
- Select Apply to Graduate
- Choose term you wish to graduate, then select Submit.
- Choose the Curriculum for the graduation application, then select Continue. (This will be your current curriculum).
- If you are getting 2 degrees, you will apply for each curriculum separately.
- If you are getting 2 degrees, and 2 curricula do not show up (or if curriculum is inaccurate) contact the Registrar’s Office at 580-349-1372.
- Also, verify that your minor is listed in your curriculum
- Choose the Term you wish to graduate, then select Continue. (Field is labeled Graduation Date, but you will enter the term. For example, Fall 2016).
- Indicate if you will attend the ceremony, then select Continue.
- Your name will display. This is your name as it is in Banner. This cannot be edited. It must be your name as it is in Banner. Select Continue
- Select the mailing address for your diploma. Click Continue.
- Verify the mailing address. Click Continue
- Review your Graduation Application, then select Submit Request (if the information is not correct, contact the Registrar’s Office at 580-349-1372).
The deadline for submitting graduation applications is March 24, 2019.
- Make sure your advisor has a graduation evaluation on file in the Registrar’s Office by March 24, 2019
- In order to receive a diploma and walk in the commencement ceremony in May, you must submit a graduation application and your advisor must submit a graduation evaluation by March 24, 2019
- No Graduations Applications or Graduation Evaluations will be accepted after March 24, 2019
- If you are receiving 2 degrees, you will need to apply for each degree separately. If both degrees do not show up when you apply, contact the Registrar at amber.glass@opsu.edu
- If you are completing a double major (just one degree) both majors will show up under the curriculum you select. If both majors do not show up when you apply, contact the Registrar at amber.glass@opsu.edu
- Once you apply, a $20.00 graduation fee, for each degree, will be added to your account as a Graduation Fee.
- If you wish to modify or withdraw your graduation application, contact the Registrar’s Office at 580-349-1372 or 580-349-1376.
